We stayed here for 3 nights and we felt that the ambience was good and the service was commendable. The staffs are calm and polite. We asked for a candle light dinner and they have arranged it well and organised in such a beautiful way. They helped to carry out the wonderful memories of our trip. The manager was so cool and friendly

Port Blair's Hotel Silver Sand Sentinel isn't just a hotel; it's a haven of exceptional hospitality. My stay was unforgettable thanks to the ever-gracious Hotel Manager, Mr. Varun Rana, and his team. Their attentiveness and personalized approach made me feel valued. Delicious food and impeccable service added to the experience. But it was Mr. Rana's leadership and the team's genuine care that truly impressed. Thank you for making my Andaman trip a cherished memory.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night and personally think this is a bit pricey compared to the services they are offering. Pros •Gorgeous pool side •The guy who dropped me to my room was really sweet •Reception area is beautiful Cons • Their restaurant food was Average • Their staff is confused and ignorant. • Room was below average and vintage style • 0 Amenities in the room, no restaurant menu, no snacks ( even though the card was there). refrigerator wasn’t working. TV was showing out of subscription ?. • needs maintenance: Washbasin leaking, Dryer burnt, Slow Shower.. We are sad that we paid extra for our tour package to stay in this hotel.. Check inn 8/10 Rooms were clean and specious. 8/10 Food was excellent but expensive. 3/10 Staff is very good caring specially in the restaurant. 1/10 Location is good. 7/10 Room Lighting 4/10 Staff The overall experience was Pathetic. We had flight to catch and as per hotel they started the service by 7:30. No Buffett and breakfast was not ready after taking the order it took them 30 mins and only served 3 items from the ordered list above all they were not able to prepare the tea in 30 mins.? Absolutely disgusting service. Thank goodness we were only there for one night, or it would've completely ruined our trip. Avoid this place unless you enjoy disappointment and frustration.

We stayed here for a night. And the experience was unpleasant. The breakfast was not ready even after insisting them to hurry as we had a flight to catch. The staff was unbothered. It was a Very cold response even after pointing out the mistake to the reception. They were not even sorry. Unfortunately we had to leave without having proper breakfast. The tea was also not ready since 30 mins which was the most basic thing to ask for a breakfast. Extremely disappointed.

Pros •Gorgeous pool side •Delicious breakfast •The guy who dropped me to my room was really sweet •Reception area is beautiful Cons • Their lift wasn’t working and My room was on second floor (I can definitely manage but someone who’s aged cannot) • Their restaurant food was Average • Their staff is a bit confused • Room was average and vintage style • Someone was fighting outside my room at night with the manager. • 0 Amenities in the room, no restaurant menu, no snacks ( even though the card was there), refrigerator wasn’t working. • needs maintenance • wifi coverage wasn’t there in the room. I am sad I paid extra in my package to stay in this hotel..
