One of the Best Hotels of Darjeeling. Beautiful rooms, best views & very calming place. The View of Kanchenjunga was amazing, had the opportunity to have it's view twice. The Morning Sun with the Rainbow was just awesome. Spent my best vacation. Will visit again next year.
The room was small but clean and neat. Due to lack of fan and AC, one had to sleep with the window open for ventilation. The window opened onto the balcony. Other guests used to sit there and have drinks. On 17th August, I was transferred from there at 5 am in the morning. It was for Jalpaiguri but on the night of 16th August, some guests were drinking till 2 am and making very loud noise due to which I could not sleep the whole night. I complained twice. The guests at the reception were less mannered, they did not agree, everything else was fine. Was.
Went in August end of 2024. One of the old properties of summit in Darjeeling yet not maintained. *The floor of my room was making creaking noise which was so uncomfortable. *Room was not cleaned we found spider at times. *The dinner & breakfast we had gave my stomach a really bad time there. Justice the view from balcony was amazing.
Located far away from Mall Road, on an isolated road. Taxi will charge between Rs.500 to 1000 to drop you to hotel from Mall Road. Rooms are very ugly with smell of dampness and wet floor. You will find fungus in every corner of the room. Even no exhaust fans in the washroom, which keeps it smelly every time. No lift in the hotel. Don’t go by the photos posted by hotel, all of them are filtered.
I had an astonishing stay here in summit Grace, With cozy rooms and absolutely stunning view of Mt.kanchanzunga, there's a open lounge where you can grab a tea and snack and enjoy the views . Staffs were very friendly and helpful, made us feel like home and helped us to know more unknown stories of Darjeeling, such an lovely people's you'll meet here.Overall the stay we had 0 complains. Surely we will visit again.
