It is such a shame that the location of this resort is so beautiful and the ambience is amazing but the staff is not trained enough to ensure a comfortable stay. The biggest turn off was the pool. The tiles were breaking away. My cousin got a deep cut on her foot because of it. It was also extremely dirty and terribly maintained. Kindly do not get kids here as it is a hazard. The food is just edible and not worth the mention. Although there were options for breakfast on the buffet it was not at all tasty. They have an artificial waterfall set up which costs 2.5k per hour but it is so filthy that you won't feel like stepping into it. Overall, it is just good if you want to click pictures here. Nothing else is worth the cost that we paid. Sincere heads-up to the owner, you have built a beautiful property and it is nice right now since it is new. Few months down the lane, even the beauty will disappear and there will be no bookings.
An excellent place to have fun with family and friends. Enjoyed a lot. Very supportive Staff.We enjoyed a lot really. Resort ambiance is attractive and made our mind refreshing. Loved the nature. Thanks a lot staff and maayaa by keala for making our trip memorable.
The ambience was so gud. V had our private pool and a bathtub and a big spacious room for 5 of us.. the food was delicious and vfm. Overall had a great time but the cleanliness of the pool could hav been maintained well
Very very worstest experience ever in the resort Room was not cleanly as they show in the pictures Pool was very dirty and the toilet closets are stinky & dirty and i really don’t want to share that worst picture here Floors were not mopped properly All the queries were neglected by the team After checking in all the cleaning process were made while keeping the guests inside the room itself When we escalate the issue to the reception team their reply is if you want to cancel talk to makemytrip Such a worst behaviour in the front desk too Never ever trust this place for ur family stays
This resort is very peaceful, Close to siruvani river. Ambience & Food is nice. Lot of water bodies, green areas, very picturesque location.
