Descent rooms and location.Food is also great,hats off to the chef .As other reviews mentioned need some renovation to improve the quality. My rating are below average because of the service from security to other staff.when we come we followed the parking sign, security came behind in rude and very arrogant way,no professionalism and yelled why you came this side.Mangent should give proper training him to how to respect the customer and he need to understand they are paying for them.Security on duty 22 aug 1 pm. No resort demonstration done by any staff,we need to ask and chase all information.The lady staff in the reception is good but while checking out another guy did our check out,surprisingly no thanks extended from him for choosing the property.I was requested manager on upon arrival,but he was off and seems no one is responsible there and no further follow ups. Staff in the restaurant are great. Pool also need to be bit more clean and maintained Those are my simple observations only to improve your beautiful place and not loose customers .Since am working in the same hospitality industry.
I went to this property for a family get together.... We had a very pleasant stay at the property.... Pool experience is worth mentioning.... We were a grp of 45.. We had them on their toes ... Yet they met our demands with a smiling face... Special mention abt Mr Shiby , who was there to assist us even at the middle of the night.... Cottages had a grt view facing towards pool and pond .... Walking around it watching the fishes in the pond itself is a relaxing experience....
The stay was very comfortable and the staff behaviour is also too good. The place is quiet and very soothing. The food is great , service is Excellent and all staff is good . They took care of every small and big thing.wetzlar it well and provided with the best.??
Place is just great and right for a peaceful vacation. Family friendly and kids can have their good time running around and exploring the area. People are very helpful and ready to extend some additional help without an extra penny. Food is decent and not very far from city which gives you an advantage of being at peace and spend quality time at pool.
This is regarding a very bad experience which me and my family had, related to the stay in your hotel. No hot water in washrooms. Requested reception for room change. Request was declined by Mr. Kishore. At the time of arrival it was told there is no time restrictions for pool. But when we asked for pool, it was told pool closed. Service is like NIL. It was promised that hot water issue will be resolved by 5 am next day. Even by next day 8 am issue was not rectified. In addition to these, the bathroom tiles were slippery (no grip tiles were there) and the shower and tap control was damaged. The Wi-Fi given to us had no range in our room. The ones with range were password protected and only open Wi-Fi connections were given to us. Total waste of money. Our family vacation was spoilt by this hotel. Unfortunately we paid online through ibibo prior to check in. Else we would have just left the premises especially due to the rude response from hotel staff Mr. Kishore.
