I have booked this hotel several times and the service and rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, especially Devu. She received us at the reception several times and was very understanding and flexible about the check out time.
You feel welcome at this hotel. The rooms as spacious and very clean. Their focus is on customer service making their guest feel welcome and comfortable. It is located at the heart of shops, with mall right next to it and about 50 mins from the airport. The staff is very courteous and attentive to your needs
Abad is indeed an amazing place to stay. Staffs are very polite and welcoming. Rooms are spacious enough and kept really clean. Food is very tasty and customised as per your need. Checkin and Checkout were pretty smooth. Abad is going to be my choice for sure when I come back to Kochi next.
