One of the worst stay I have ever faced in my life receptionist was so arrogant he always starts arguing rather than solving the problem and many more which I can’t elaborate because problem list is so long. Room was so messy DON’T GO FOR IT I REPEAT DON’T GO FOR IT even 1 star is more for them
Practically below average hotel. Location is also not good. Room lock is not working. Broken window. But ambience is good. Dining room is ok. Service in dining room is satisfactory.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, but I guess they were used to cater for Indian tourists. Breakfast was included, but for a toast, I had to pay extra. We had a noisy ac that didn´t cool properly, but the next night we got another room. The hotel next door can make very loud music.
This is a good & budget place in Neil Island. The food was very good and felt very homely. Services provided inside the hotel rooms are excellent. However in Niel Island mobile network connectivity is very poor. The hotel management must make WiFi connectivity available in all rooms as we came for 2 days and planned to just rest on the last day but got bored because of no internet services.
3rd class hotel, they have wifi but not working, they have food but not tasty, they have water but no supply to the room. You have to call 4 to 5 times for any issue. No privacy.
