I stayed here for three days. It was a very good experience. The complementary breakfast is also good. The staff is very polite and soft spoken. They had set up a candle light dinner for our anniversary, it was a wonderful experience, the staff (sukumar) was very nice and took multiple videos for us. Kudos to the staff. Keep it up. I am definitely coming back to havelock and Shangrilas

Exotic place to stay with your loved ones. Superb service. Tasty food from the restaurant and wholesome complimentary breakfast. And above all the private beach of the resort is serene and awesome... Just avoid the beach side cottages in the monsoon... Chances of innocent reptiles intruding into your rooms are high... Otherwise good...

Room was beautiful. We paid about 3600 per room and got a clean room with good service. Only issue was that the TV and Wifi didnt work the entire duration we were there. Hence the 4 stars. Staff was very friendly and humble. They have a private beach that is accessible to everyone who stays in the resort. It was quite peaceful in the private beach. Overall a good place.

Beach front cottages are small and full of insects, cockroaches, and reptiles which are generally we found in soil, so not recommended atleast in rainy seasons, But they have their other rooms opposite side of the road and beach, its Big and spacious. Manager of this resort is very good and helpful person, staffs are very good, food can be avoided. Biggest USP is..... they have their own two wheeler scooty for rent at a very reasonable price, so no need to hire from out side. Overall it is good place to stay.

The place out look feels good but there a lot of loopholes. There is “NO” hot water/gyeser. Inspite of informing multiple times we literally had to take cold water bath for 2days. There were a lot of reptiles running around the room which was irritating. Food was also not so good. Pro’s: The reception service receiving and helping with regard to luggage was good. Beach opposite to the resort was a soothing feel experience. There is a Nescafe adjacent to the resort we can have coffee and maggi that was good, must try.
