ZERO rating is what it deserves. If you don’t want any service of cleanliness , hygiene or any water / food . Please go ahead and stay, We stayed there for 3 nights, the package was with food for dinner and breakfast. Absolutely foul place, the manager and reception are very very arrogant and pick up a fight as the check out date nears. The blankets are not even washed after use they just dry it out in the balcony and use it, they did not even bother to change it for us in 3 days of stay, we moped our own room to keep it clean. The internal team also warned us not to eat anything as there were food poison among residents and unclean water usage. Please be careful of this place in case you decide to stay.

Worst experience in havelock. 1) understaffed hotel. Two people managing entire hotel. 2) No snacks available. If you get hungry in between you are on your own. 3) poor room maintenance. 4) Electric current in the tap of washroom. It was a big scare. Changed to another room. Has the same problem. 5) No working telephone to connect for room service. If your room is on the other end of 2nd or 3rd floor, you have to come down all the way if you need anything. 6) Dinner was delayed and they don’t run out of excuses 7) Staff are unprofessional. 8) No wifi. 9) Pool looks like a Pond. 10) Spa service is closed. At the end I was tired of complaining so I kept quiet. The property seems good and rooms are big but the maintenance is poor and is understaffed.

- Bad rooms and room services. - Rude behaviour at the reception. - Breakfast was pathetic. - Rooms are Overpriced and and no GST bill was provided. - WiFi reception was very bad. - Lots of power cuts and they didn't used the genset. - Bed and bed sheet were very old and dirty. - No towels were provided. - Toilets had two cheap soaps. No body wash or hair was was provided.

Very poor service. The hotel doesn't have adequate staff. Food quality is pathetic. The rooms are ill maintained.
