• Accommodation in rooms as given at hotels in Port Blair, Havelock and Neil with breakfast for CP and Breakfast & Dinner for MAP and all taxes on Double and triple sharing basis. • Meet and greet service at airport. • All sightseeing by Private AC Vehicle at all the islands. • Transfer to Havelock Island/Neil Island by privately operated high speed luxury Catamaran Cruise. • Including Airport pick up and drop. • All entry tickets, ferry tickets and permit charges. • Travel assistance by field executive at all the major entry exit points Airport/Jetty/Jail/Water sports complex, Havelock / Neil etc) • All dedicated vehicle charges (Dezire, Ertiga , Xylo, Scorpio, Innova ) as per itinerary in AC and not at disposal. • GST is included in this package.
Exclusions
• Flight Tickets are not included. • Lunch and dinner are not included until unless specifically mentioned in the inclusions as we recommend you to add these options after reaching Andaman Or dine at nearby good restaurants. • For 24th December and 31st December Gala dinner cost not included. • Peak season surcharge during 15th Dec to 15th Jan is not included. • Vehicle not at disposal at any of the islands and will follow the itinerary. • Any personal expenses. Room service and special orders. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. • Any expense arising due to unforeseen circumstances is not included. • Any charges arising due to flight/ferry delay or cancellations.

Policies

  • Booking shall be confirmed on receipt of minimum 50% deposit of the total package cost.
  • Balance 50% payment need to be made minimum 1 month before arrival.
  • Cancellation charge of 10% of the total booking amount is applicable any time after the advance is paid.
  • 25% of the total booking amount is applicable if cancellation is received between 21 - 30 days before arrival.
  • 50% of the total booking amount is applicable if cancellation is received between 11 - 20 days before arrival.
  • 100% cancellation charges applicable if cancellation request made within 10 days of arrival
  • Please note : For Sea Shell Hotels 100% cancellation charge is applicable for cancellation anytime after the advance is paid
  • Zero cancellation charges and 100% credit note (to be utilized within 6 months from the issuing date) in case the customer turns covid positive before arrival or Andaman Island is under lockdown (Applicable only if ICMR approved covid test report are produced)
  • Please note that NO Cancellation requests will be taken on Sundays, Public Holidays and Cancellation done after office hours. In Case a cancellation request is sent after 05:30 p.m on working day/Holiday then it will be considered on next working day.
